Avocado and Shrimp Bowl
Substances:
- 2 ripe medium avocados, peeled and lower into 1/2-inch items
- 1-1/2 kilos cooked peeled and deveined shrimp (31-40 per pound), tails eliminated
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup Clamato juice, cooled
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon floor cumin
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon scorching sauce
- Pepper
- lime wedges, elective
Addresses:
- Mix all components besides the lime wedges in a big bowl, stirring gently to mix. Divide amongst serving bowls. Garnish with lime wedges if desired.
Mango Avocado Spring Rolls
Substances:
- 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce or 1/2 teaspoon scorching sauce
- 1 medium candy purple bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2/3 cup diced avocado
- 3 inexperienced onions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup chopped recent cilantro
- 8 (8-inch) spherical rice paper wrappers
- 1 medium mango, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 cups of alfalfa sprouts

- 1/2 medium ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
- 4 slices of complete wheat bread, toasted
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallot
- 1/4 cup hummus
Addresses:
- Unfold the avocado on 2 slices of toast. High with tomato and shallot. Unfold hummus over remaining toasted bread slices; place on high of avocado toast, face down on high of tomato layer.
- Reduce into 4 items.
